About mise en place

Pat Weber holds an AOS from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and a BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Florida International University in Miami. He honed his culinary skills under many nationally recognized Chefs, including David Bouley in New York, Jay Sparks in Minneapolis, Guenter Seegar in Atlanta and Mark Millitello in Miami. Over the years, Pat has held Executive Chef positions in several award-winning restaurants across the country, including The Stolen Grill in Kansas City, MO, Vintage Restaurant and Wine Bar in Charleston, SC, Bobino Café in Minneapolis, MN, and Mojito in St Louis Park, Minnesota. Since 2005, Chef Weber has been assisting chefs and restaurateurs with menus, recipes, and kitchen training systems, bringing their restaurant and bakery projects to success. A Certified Hospitality Educator, Chef Weber also teaches classes ranging from Menu Management to Baking & Pastries at the International Culinary School at the Arts Institutes International Minnesota. Pat devotes much of his spare time to various local charities and causes, including the Cookie Cart, Chefs Collaborative and Emergency Food Shelf Network.
